You may try meditation, even just simply watching the breath move in and out, for only 5 minutes per day. If you already do meditate, this may be a call to deepen your practice. Meditation is one of the best ways to discover and return to your inner freedom when you forget, and receive intuitive guidance and answers to your life’s questions.
